@Mahlon Tillett 1. Officers don't actually need a warrant to arrest you. If they have probable cause that a crime was committed (even something as minor as obstruction of justice), they can arrest you. 2. It is NEVER a good idea to resist or otherwise disobey an officer's order. If they are in the wrong, then you comply and take them to court later.
